I get a blank screen or error message

If you are trying to open an online document, be patient as it may take a little while for the document to load.
Your cursor will look like an hourglass when you have it over your web browser window while the document
loads. You may also need to have a plug-in for PDF forms. If so, install the most recent version of
Adobe Acrobat reader after unistalling all old versions. Make sure that Adobe Acrobat
reader is set as the default to open all PDF documents.

First, the website may have moved or changed names so the link is no longer valid and needs updated. The website may be
down or temporarily offline. Your internet connection may be temporarily down or disabled.

This is due to the screen resolution you are currently using. Research was done to make this web

Second, it has interactive examples that allow you to practice your skills. I am on this site all the time for

Another tool you are going to need is image manipulation software. Again, there are any number of software
companies out there to choose from. One very good and free option is GIMP.
GIMP is the primary image software used on this website, but I also use others such as Photoshop.
