GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT CITY OF CHUBBUCK PARKS
What is it exactly that makes a park, a park?  Is it simply a plot of land with grass and a few trees?  Or is a park something more?  The role of the park has evolved from being a simple space with landscaping to a place where we can understand and relate to nature and experience social and cultural exchange.
Parks Staff A park is a place that is alive and teeming with physical activities, such as children playing and people skating, walking or jogging; cultural activities, such as sports events and festivals; and social activities, such as picnics and family gatherings.
Parks provide open space and relief from housing and traffic congestion.  They bring an element of the country into our growing City.
