APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Regular Meeting Minutes of August 10, 2010.

PROCLAMATION - Bluegrass Festival Week August 23, 2010 through August 29, 2010

PUBLIC HEARING - On the proposed budget for the City of Chubbuck for the fiscal year 2011 which runs from October 1, 2010 to September 30, 2011.

GENERAL BUSINESS -

1.  Discussion on proposed budget for the City of Chubbuck for FY 2011 including the possible adoption of the FY11 budget. 

2.  Ordinance #687 for the annexation and zoning of lands described as Copperfield Landing, 3rd reading in full. 

3.  Business License Application - Kelly VanHorn , Cheyenne Distributing, 6649 Buckskin Trail, Cheyenne, Wyoming.  Kirby vacuum sales. 

4.  Continuation of water facilities planning discussion to include any action the council may wish to take in implementing all or any part of the water facility plan. 

CLAIMS - Computer print-out claims presented to Mayor England and Council.
