APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Regular Meeting Minutes of July 13, 2010.
PUBLIC HEARING-
1. The City proposes to amend the service connection costs to be charged by the city for residential water service.
GENERAL BUSINESS -
1. Resolution #8 to amend the service connection costs to be charged by the city for residential water service.
2. Business License Application - Linga Norvell, South Western, 625 Gary Pocatello, ID has applied for a door to door solicitation License.
3. Proclamation POW MIA Awareness Days, July 30, 2010 through August 1, 2010.
4. Ordinance #687 for the annexation and zoning of lands described as Copperfield Landing.
5. Final Plat Briscoe Subdivision 6th Addition - Doug Briscoe of Briscoe Builders, 553 Vern Chubbuck, ID
6. Continuation of the water facilities planning discussion to include any action the council may wish to take in implementing all or any part of the water facility plan.
7. Appointment of City Clerk.
