THE CHUBBUCK CITY COUNCIL INVITES YOU TO JOIN THEM EACH MONTH
The Chubbuck City Council's next meeting will be on March 9, 2010 at 7:30 pm.  The City Council is tasked with the approval or rejection of proposed City codes and ordinances, City budgets and other governmental functions.  Public attendance and input is always welcomed and encouraged.

INVOCATION - Chubbuck Stake, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Regular Meeting Minutes of February 23, 2010.

PUBLIC HEARINGS -

1.  A proposed ordinance by the City of Chubbuck adding Section 18.12.070 regarding power generating windmills.  The Land Use and Development Commission recommended approval of the proposed ordinance.

2.  Proposed changes to the Comprehensive Plan.  Changes include the Urban Service Boundary expansion and planned zoning along Philbin Road.  The Land Use and Development Commission recommended approval of the proposed changes.

GENERAL BUSINESS -

3.  Business License Application - Jerry Merrill, 572 Taurus Drive, Rexburg, Idaho has applied for a license to sell lawn care service door to door in the City.

4.  Todd Pedersen, APX Alarm Security Solutions,1142 N.  1360 E., Orem, Utah has applied for a license to sell and install low voltage residential security systems door to door in the City.

5.  Final Plat - Toy Storage Condos. 

6.  Public Works Report - PWD Steven M.  Smart.

7.  Fire Department Report - Fire Chief Eric King.

CLAIMS - Computer print-out claims presented to Mayor England and Council.
