This form allows citizens to notify this agency of areas of the city that may be in need of more focused police patrol.  If you wish to be contacted regarding your concern, please provide information on form.   Submitted forms without contact information are completely anonymous.   All requests will be honored to the best of our ability, but manpower limitations and response to priority calls as needed may prevent this agency from stationing a patrol vehicle in any one area for extended periods of time.
