CODE VIOLATION REPORT INSTRUCTIONS

To report a code violation within city limits, complete the form below and click the submit report button. An inspection of each
reported violation will be conducted in the same order received. Enforcement is at the sole discretion of the ordinance officer doing the inspection.
Under existing city code, the property and/or vehicle owner has a significant period of time to correct violations. Repeated reports
regarding ongoing enforcement will be disregarded. Thank you.
