Road Construction: I-86 Chubbuck Interchange The Idaho Transportation Department's conversion of the I-86 interchange will begin in March and run through at least November. Please plan to either choose alternate routes or expect significant traffic delays due to only one lane of travel in both directions being open. Click the link above for more information.
IDAHO'S 150TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION A major kickoff event to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Idaho becoming a U.S. Territory is slated for March 4 at the Shoshone Bannock Hotel and Event Center in Fort Hall. Tickets for the event are available at the Chubbuck City Offices for $25 with the proceeds being used to offset future events.
Land Use Commision Hearing On February 5th, the Land Use & Development Commission will hold a public hearing regarding a proposed new subdivision located on Whitaker Road between Martha Street and Taylor Avenue and a new antenna tower at 345 Lariat Lane. Click the link above for more information.
